Students back from Cameroon

Six students from the School of Computing and Informatics recently returned from a visit to Cameroon with their lecturer, Josephat Mukabi, Deputy Head of the Department of Informatics. The students participated in Spring School workshops on “IT-Enabled Business Trends” and “Towards a Digitilized World” with students from Germany and Cameroon. The visit was made possible by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) which covered all the costs of the Poly delegation. Five of the students are pictured with Mukabi, extreme left, and Dr Nobert Jere, Head of the Informatics Department, middle, Taleni Yambo, Musutua Riahame, Clemensia Ganes, Peni-Leng Shilunga and Tangeni Mwashekele.
